Harm Reduction Counseling

Harm reduction is a philosophy that emphasizes practical strategies to reduce risks for those engaged in behaviors that could be harmful. Rather than focusing solely on abstinence, harm reduction recognizes that not everyone is ready to stop their behavior completely. I provide harm reduction counseling to help individuals make informed decisions and minimize the dangers associated with risky behaviors, such as substance use. This approach supports people where they are in their journey, offering resources that can save lives.
